Items will be sent out within 12 business hours after we get your payment.
For USA customers, we will ship the products from our USA warehouse via USPS or UPS. It takes 2-5 days with free shipping.
For UK customers, we will ship the products from our UK warehouse via royal mail. It takes 2-3 days with free shipping.
For European customers, we will ship the products from our UK warehouse via royal mail etc.. It takes 5-12 working days with $15 postage.
For customers in Australia/Canada/New Zealand, we will ship the products from Shenzhen, China. If you choose DHL shipping method, it will cost $50 and takes 2-7 days. If you prefer china post, Singapore，HongKong post etc, it costs $20 and takes 7-20 days.
We will provide tracking# and tracking website in time.
6 months warranty for defective items(excluding items damaged and/or misused after receipt). If your collar ever fails during this half a year period, feel free to contatc us for a replacement.

Returns & Replacement
If for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it free of charge for up to 30 days from the original purchase date.
Merchandise must be unworn, in new condition, and in the original packaging. Returns will not be accepted if the item exhibits any obvious signs of wear.
If you received an item that is different from what was described on the website or different from what you ordered, you may still use our Online Return Center to request either a free replacement or a refund.
